Have a question about your order? Below are the answers to the questions we hear most often. If yours isn't here, just get in touch. A real person will always reply.

1. How long will it take to receive my order?
   Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and then take 4–6 business days in transit, so the total estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, on weekends or on public holidays start processing the next business day. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. 2. How much does shipping cost?
   Nothing. Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States, with no minimum order amount.

3. How can I track my order?
   You'll receive an order confirmation email after you place your order, and a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number or link once it has shipped. You can also use our Track your order page. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you can't find our emails. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after your package is handed to the carrier.

4. My order hasn't arrived within 9 business days.
   Please check your tracking information first and allow up to 2 additional business days for possible carrier delays. If your package still hasn't arrived, email us at info@boutiquebymae.com with your order number and our team will investigate and help you with the next steps.

5. Can I cancel my order?
   Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email info@boutiquebymae.com before your order ships. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but you can request a return after delivery under our Refund policy.

6. Do you offer returns?
   Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original or similar protective packaging. Return shipping costs for standard returns are paid by you, and we never charge a restocking fee. Once your return is received and approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may need an additional 3–5 business days to show it. 7. Can I exchange an item, for example for a different size?
   Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Email info@boutiquebymae.com with your order number and the size, color or item you'd like instead. Exchanged items must meet the same conditions as returns, and return shipping for standard exchanges is paid by you.

8. How do I start a return or exchange?
   Email info@boutiquebymae.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item. Please contact us before sending anything back. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

9. What if my item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?
   Email info@boutiquebymae.com as soon as you notice the issue, with your order number, a short description and clear photos where possible. We'll arrange a refund, replacement or other appropriate solution, and we cover the return shipping costs. This also applies outside the standard 30-day return window.

10. What payment methods do you accept?
    The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we don't store your full card details. See our Payment options page.

11. Are there any extra costs?
    Shipping is free on all US orders. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, so you always see the full amount upfront.
